Tiffany Tumminaro, LCSW
Offering in-person and telehealth services for adults
I have a passion for helping people understand that symptoms of depression, anxiety and other disorders are only a part of who we are. They do not define us. If you have a loved one suffering from addiction or mental illness, You deserve recovery too. Proper education is the key to understanding what your loved ones are going through. I believe in an integrated approach to therapy and offer interventions most appropriate to the individual/ family. Most common practices include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Psycho-dynamic Therapy, Exposure Response Prevention Therapy and Strengths Based. It would be my privilege to help you take steps to a healthier way a living.

Rachel Purcell, LCSW
Offering In-Person and Telehealth for adults and teens
My style includes utilizing a warm and empathetic approach in therapy and meeting my clients where they are at. I believe that successful therapy happens after forming a solid foundation between the therapist and the client. Additionally, learning to use healthy humor can be one of the most beneficial and healing things we can do for ourselves. My experience includes working with teens, young adults, and adults with anxiety disorders, OCD, depression, body image and self-esteem concerns. Most common practices used include cognitive behavioral therapy, exposure response prevention therapy and strengths-based therapy. It's not always easy to seek out help, but my goal is to create a safe and inviting space for you to express your full, authentic self.
